- Lead 3rd party Design studio to complete all design of 2 powerful tool applications on PC from 0, with Unique Interaction Design and Awesome Visual Design. With creative thinking, the design got 4 patents.
- Lead internal design team to provide very impressive, Awesome UI Design for Lenovo PC devices first time power-on Welcome page.
- Control all Design quality of the product: Review design and give comments & suggestions accordingly, focus on every single detail, including:
* Interaction Design
* Visual Design, LOGO Design
* Animation Design
- Control the time line of design process, make (and help make) design decisions, and make sure to deliver high quality design resources on schedule.
- Communicate and work closely with different teams, and Problem solving during implementation, control quality of “design on real product show”.
- Establish Design Process and Delivery system.
- Establish Visual Components / GUI Controls Guidelines for future functions to follow.
- Design the Interaction, conceptualize the products, and document specification.
- Discuss and Define Common Style (Guideline) with US Design Team
