Manager of UX Design Team

- Build the design team, plan design schedule, and assign task to suitable team member. And Establish the Design documents system.

- Lead team to complete all design of a very powerful fashion application from zero.

- Review design and give comments & suggestions accordingly.

- Guide team members to know design “why, and how”, at the same time, listen to their thoughts carefully, respect them and progress together.

- Control all Design quality of the product; focus on every single detail: including Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Video Guide Design.

- Do Interaction Design for very important and/or complicated use cases: Define app structure, create wireframes, prototypes, and UI flow.

- Communicate with requirements team closely, and work closely with development team (including 3rd party team such as Infosys).

- Lead team to solve problems whenever need.
